Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

RFA technology utilizes radio waves to alter the neuronal tissue involved in pain signaling, resulting in long term pain control. The procedure is typically done under numbing medication and minimal discomfort.

Cervical RFA

RFA of cervical spine is used after 2 separate positive diagnostic injections to control neck pain and stiffness.

Lumbar RFA

RFA of lumbar spine is used after 2 separate positive diagnostic injections to control low back pain and stiffness.

Knee RFA

RFA of knee is used after 2 separate positive diagnostic injections to control knee pain.

Injections

In our office, almost all injections are performed with the help of imaging for precise medication delivery to the nerves and surrounding connective tissues responsible for pain.

Epidural Steroid Injections

Epidural injections are performed under xray guidance and a small amount of contrast to access the spinal canal for steroid injection.

Intraarticular Joint Injections

We perform joint injections under xray guidance for definitive access to joint space for accurate medication delivery.

Botox and Trigger Point Injections

Specific muscle and soft tissue sites are targeted for botox and trigger point injections for delivery of sterile normal saline and anesthetics.
